Support Field Teams, Dealers & Customer with deep Product and Services expertise
Focus Product, Services & Technology development on solving customer problems at the segment and site level
Drive proactive Technology Adoption and Product & Services health management leveraging data insights from connected field population
Oversee research of multiple requests from business development leaders across the country
Develop, recommend and implement market research plans for key products and services; collaborate on brand positioning, databases and direct response
Develop strategic plans for expansion of existing brands and development of new products or services; coordinate the implementation of plans
Present overall marketing plans and strategic direction for region to senior management for funding approval and support
