Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English and German, possess at least two years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within the software or technology industry, demonstrate a practical understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue principles, and be proficient in using Salesforce and Gainsight.
The Renewals Specialist will support the entire renewal process for existing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewal of contracts, build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs and address concerns, analyze renewal metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer retention, evaluate license usage and true-up requirements, proactively reach out to customers prior to contract expiration to discuss renewal options, and collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience and address customer needs effectively.
