Requirements

Candidates should be early in their career, fluent in both Spanish and English, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate comfort interacting with all levels of a professional organization. Strong time management and organizational skills, along with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms, are also required, and a background in Customer Service, Business Administration, Banking, or Finance may be ideal.

Responsibilities

The Renewals Specialist will prepare renewal quotes for Granicus contracts, manage agreements efficiently and accurately within the contract management system, review and complete action items on the Salesforce dashboard, contact and follow up with clients and partners to secure timely renewals, manage customer requests for contract amendments and escalations to Contract Specialists, identify upsell and expansion leads, partner with Sales and Customer Success to save at-risk renewals, validate client entitlements, ensure accurate post-signature processing of orders, and undertake additional renewals projects as assigned.
