Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior inside/outside sales experience, preferably in enterprise software, with a proven track record of success
  • Prior account management experience around the renewal of Enterprise Agreements, including understanding customer use cases, product usage, and legal terms
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and solution selling process into Strategic Accounts (helpful, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be an active listener
  • Experience in prospect to closure and holding quota for your own territory
  • Ability to accurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records of all deals in the CRM system
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive and close renewal opportunities and upsell in the Strategic Commercial Enterprise space for the Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) program
  • Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configuration, environment, and how they fit within their current infrastructure and business processes
  • Drive DX Customer Retention using customer insights, usage, understanding of business issues, and company objectives
  • Leverage Mutual Action Plans to drive on-time renewals
  • Effective planning skills to plan out customer renewals and timelines throughout the FY
  • Work closely with Account Directors and Product Specialists to strategically plan customer retention and growth plans within each existing Adobe relationship
  • Add additional growth to every renewal as well as uncover growth opportunities beyond the current Adobe relationship
  • Management of existing accounts through the renewal of enterprise agreements and finding new opportunities within the account base
