Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in Renewal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; CPQ expertise preferred
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex renewal workflows with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling enterprise-level contracts and recontracting processes
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (such as Jira) and reporting tools
  • Collaborative, process-oriented, and eager to influence success across teams
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day renewal workflows, ensuring timely completion of all renewal-related processes
  • Validate contracts and order forms to ensure accuracy and alignment between Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with Renewal Managers, Deal Desk, Billing, and Finance to resolve escalations and ensure seamless handoffs
  • Submit, track, and follow up on RevOps or Development tickets related to system issues or process enhancements
  • Maintain renewal trackers, dashboards, and ticket logs to provide real-time visibility into pipeline progress
  • Prepare and process renewal order forms with accuracy, compliance, and proper approvals
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and automation to increase efficiency and scalability
