  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in Maintenance in cGMP Industry
  • 5 years of applied maintenance experience required
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and technologies
  • Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assigned Reliability initiatives of Production equipment on site, supporting site reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Responsible for entering data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for stock of production critical spare parts within budget target
  • Adhere to all Haleon safety guidelines and procedures and ensure effective troubleshooting and reoccurrence elimination of breakdowns
  • Recommend improvements and desirable modifications in methods, procedures, processes, equipment and layout, participating in Kaizen events and projects as required
  • Work with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization and manage vendors and consultants to ensure that contracts contain appropriate technical specifications are delivered as required
  • Interface with users, peers, and management to ensure appropriate input and integration of local and corporate standards
  • Author, review, revise, or approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as required and assign on time Compliance records of Maintenance Department
  • Participate in site Operational Excellence initiatives and stay current on developments in the field of Equipment Maintenance & Reliability and Haleon-Standards
  • Provide technical support for utility systems including but not limited to: high speed packaging lines and manufacturing areas
  • Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practice
