Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in Maintenance in cGMP Industry
5 years of applied maintenance experience required
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Familiarity with manufacturing systems and technologies
Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Responsibilities

Responsible for assigned Reliability initiatives of Production equipment on site, supporting site reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Responsible for entering data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for stock of production critical spare parts within budget target
Adhere to all Haleon safety guidelines and procedures and ensure effective troubleshooting and reoccurrence elimination of breakdowns
Recommend improvements and desirable modifications in methods, procedures, processes, equipment and layout, participating in Kaizen events and projects as required
Work with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization and manage vendors and consultants to ensure that contracts contain appropriate technical specifications are delivered as required
Interface with users, peers, and management to ensure appropriate input and integration of local and corporate standards
Author, review, revise, or approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as required and assign on time Compliance records of Maintenance Department
Participate in site Operational Excellence initiatives and stay current on developments in the field of Equipment Maintenance & Reliability and Haleon-Standards
Provide technical support for utility systems including but not limited to: high speed packaging lines and manufacturing areas
Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practice
