Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. They should have a fundamental understanding of the software release cycle, experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA, and the ability to follow an annual calendar plan. Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written English proficiency, are essential, along with availability to participate in 24x7 deployments for ad-hoc releases.
The Release Management Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining deployment schedules and agendas, confirming the status of completed deployments, and ensuring ticket creation, approval, and scheduling are managed effectively. They will support the issue resolution process, acting as a primary point of reference for stakeholders, and liaising regularly to address queries and develop working relationships. Additionally, the role involves setting up new clients utilizing Release Management services, sharing documentation and training, attending meetings, and monitoring deployments, as well as participating in calls to review patch readiness.
