Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in project management or campaign coordination
  • Previous experience product managing directly with labels, third-party agencies, or artist management teams (preferred)
  • Deep understanding and proactive approach to product management in the HipHop, R&B, and Gospel genres
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track and interpret release performance, trends, and metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as a key liaison between artists, labels, internal teams, and external partners
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and resolving challenges quickly

Responsibilities

  • Maintain close relationships with label day-to-day teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project deliverables; conduct weekly visits to key clients
  • Ensure all departments are equipped with the necessary tools and support to execute campaign plans effectively
  • Share regular updates with both internal and external parties on campaign progress, priority release schedules, and other key initiatives
  • Ensure plans and campaigns stay on track, responding quickly to action items and maintaining momentum
  • Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail
  • Use reports and data to adapt quickly to emerging trends and increased fan activity, adjusting campaigns as needed
  • Work with the Relationship Lead to build benchmarks and set campaign goals at the start of each project
  • Stay informed on both high-performing and developing artists, identifying opportunities to increase visibility and performance
  • Serve as a reliable, knowledgeable source about company processes, ensuring smooth campaign execution
  • Help optimize label catalogs, especially around key tentpole moments
  • Jump in and tackle problems as they arise; find creative solutions to keep projects moving forward; demonstrate flexibility and balance in support of label needs
  • Regularly prepare high-level performance reports on label, artist, and campaign results for the team
