Responsibilities

  • Drive utilization across large enterprises by accelerating adoption of Acrobat, Acrobat Sign, Acrobat Studio, and Acrobat Services in complex environments, ensuring consistent usage across departments and business units
  • Build and strengthen executive relationships by cultivating strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders to align Document Cloud solutions with business priorities and act as a trusted advisor
  • Partner with Product & Engineering teams to surface customer feedback, identify friction points, and co-develop solutions for deeper product value and retention
  • Identify new revenue opportunities by analyzing usage patterns and business needs to drive upsell and cross-sell motions contributing to ARR growth
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic accounts to support long-term account planning, renewal strategy, and executive alignment
  • Hunt for new contacts and champions by proactively identifying and engaging new stakeholders in existing accounts to expand influence, uncover use cases, and mitigate single-threaded relationship risks
  • Mitigate churn risk through activation & value delivery by ensuring quick and effective onboarding, monitoring health signals, and intervening early to prevent disengagement
  • Champion customer success metrics by tracking and reporting on activation rates, usage milestones, and expansion wins, using data to inform strategy and improve outcomes
