  • Experience working/meeting with clients, doing presentation ideas to improve position
  • Ability to step into Relationship Manager role when needed

  • Manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day
  • Specific vision requirements including close vision of 18”-20” for computer work

Responsibilities

  • Perform all routine administrative functions including clerical support, typing memos, letters, filing, etc
  • Use knowledge of trust, investment, loan, and deposit products and procedures for accurate handling of administrative responsibilities and professional client communications, including complex matters
  • Analyze customer questions, requests, and problems; provide appropriate responses and solutions for routine issues; solve highly technical issues or consult seniors for guidance
  • Coordinate with Wealth Management and other departments to ensure client services per product guidelines and operational procedures; identify operational issues impacting customer service
  • Identify opportunities for additional business development with current clients and non-investment products/services
  • Assume duties/responsibilities of the Relationship Manager in their absence
  • Assist Relationship Manager with special projects as required
  • Maintain good working relationships with fellow employees
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
