Requirements

Candidates must possess 5-10 years of regulatory compliance experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering. They should have expert knowledge in EMI/EMC, Safety, and Telecom standards/requirements for ITE/Telecom products, along with a proven track record managing global product certifications across development teams, test labs, suppliers, manufacturing, and OEM/ODM partners. Solid experience in acquiring global regulatory compliance approvals for new and released products is also required.

Responsibilities

The Regulatory Compliance Engineer will lead project teams on internal and outsourced product development projects to design reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality EMC and safety compliance solutions for Networking products. They will collaborate with management and development partners, represent the electrical hardware team on regulatory requirements, provide compliance support throughout the product lifecycle, interface with cross-functional teams, solve complex safety and EMC test issues, and review and validate test reports. Additionally, they will communicate regulatory strategy, provide guidance on design reviews, and assist in resolving regulatory issues related to product ship holds.
