Requirements

Candidates must possess current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no practice restrictions and have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical nursing experience. Required skills include proficiency in patient assessments, care planning, and risk screening, along with strong IT proficiency and adaptability to technological updates. Experience with chronic disease management is essential, and experience in mental health nursing or medicinal cannabis is highly regarded. The role also involves liaising with prescribers and the Patient Care team to ensure continuity of care and supporting the team with general administrative tasks in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
