Candidates must be board certified in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), possess an active Nurse Practitioner license in 40+ U.S. states including at least two of California, Florida, and Texas, and have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in the United States. They should also have 5 years of post-NP training and a clear medical history with no nursing board actions or complaints.
The Nurse Practitioner will see acute/urgent care patients in a live text-based chat clinic, including straightforward chronic care cases requiring refills, accurately diagnose patients using detailed patient history-taking, provide evidence-based treatment recommendations, write efficient encounter visit notes, and provide feedback to the AI/ML and product teams on features that improve provider efficiency and accuracy. They will also stay abreast of EHR feature updates, work closely with physicians in collaborative agreements, and be responsible for administrative tasks such as clinical meetings, EHR/automation product feedback projects, and clinical operations quality improvement projects.
