Requirements
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current and unencumbered license to practice in the state of New Jersey, and possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, and prior experience in a medical-surgical setting is required.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, developing and managing individualized care plans. They will administer therapeutic interventions, monitor patient conditions, and document all relevant patient information. Additionally, the Registered Nurse will educate patients and their families, delegate care to other team members, participate in clinical decision-making, and contribute to performance improvement activities while maintaining high standards of professional ethics and patient safety.
