This is a remote individual contributor role where the successful candidate will reside in the Southeast region and work from a home office. It includes local and regional travel, participation in apartment associations, periodic visits to Entrata headquarters in Utah, and travel to national trade shows.

Candidates need 3-5 years of technology/software sales experience (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software), experience in the multifamily housing industry, a Bachelor's degree, passion for sales, presenting, negotiating, and closing, plus the ability to foster client relationships and work independently.
