Candidates must be recognized as an expert in individual annuity products, possess proven successful sales experience, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, exhibit strong persuasion and negotiation skills, demonstrate strong problem-solving and timely decision-making skills, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Additionally, candidates are required to hold a Life/Health license and FINRA Series 6 & 63 license, and they must be able to travel approximately 75-80% of the time.
As a Regional Vice President - Individual Annuity, the primary responsibility is to manage the annuity sales effort for the Pacific Northwest territory, maximizing revenues through the sale of Securian Financial’s products and services via channel partners. This includes locating, evaluating, and recruiting potential channel partners, supporting partners throughout the sales process, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves providing creative and technical advice to facilitate the sale of individual annuity solutions and collaborating with a diverse range of channel partners.
