  • Training and Facilitation experience

Responsibilities

  • Support retail field training implementation
  • Conduct District Manager Training and Train-The-Trainer sessions
  • Handle selection, assessment, oversight, certification, and ongoing management of the Grand Opening Look Daily (G.O.L.D.) Store Training Program
  • Ensure quality and full completion of District Manager and Store Manager training and certification prior to assignment to new roles
  • Provide professional classroom and in-store experiential facilitation of major field training initiatives
  • Strategically plan and align training deployment in key markets to support the People Plan and learning governance strategy
  • Act as training business partner to Regional Directors and District Managers, providing regular business updates and training solutions
  • Interact with all levels of the business, including senior leaders during major training initiatives
  • Oversee GOLD Store Trainers (GST), including identification, in-store assessment, certification, and ongoing retention/succession
  • Ensure the Store Manager (SM) Training Program is executed per company expectations, producing highly proficient Store Managers
  • Oversee and manage the District Manager (DM) Training Program, creating training plans and providing high-level ongoing interaction and support
  • Facilitate GST Certification Sessions once per quarter
  • Facilitate SSC/Zone-based DM Training Program
  • Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions with DM Trainers
  • Facilitate large groups of 80–120 people during major company events
  • Implement best-in-class learning strategies using adult learning principles and methodologies
