Requirements

Candidates must possess strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent issues and work with internal and external customers. Excellent computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required, along with flexibility for travel and overnight stays, and an overall understanding of service management and customer satisfaction. The role also requires the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 15kgs consistently, with occasional requirements for 20kgs, and potentially using material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

The Regional Site Specialist will provide holiday cover for assigned accounts, support new projects and implementations, and train new employees. Responsibilities include supporting and reviewing Risk Assessments and SOPs, completing Audits and Gembas, performing on-site program replenishments and disbursements, and managing stockroom duties such as receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts. The specialist will adhere to GMP, safety standards, and customer requirements, follow established procedures and work instructions, and address customer concerns effectively. They will also represent Thermo Fisher Scientific positively at customer locations and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
