Candidates should possess an advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D. in a medically related field) with at least 2 years of experience in hematologic malignancy or cell therapy, or a Master's degree with extensive clinical/medical affairs experience. A minimum of 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in a relevant therapeutic area is required, along with familiarity with healthcare systems and access environments. Strong partnering, influencing, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is a results-oriented and adaptable mindset. The ideal candidate will reside within the New England territory.
The Medical Science Liaison will establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the hematology space through in-person and virtual interactions. They will develop and execute territory plans, partner with field-based teams for customer service, and deliver approved medical and scientific education. Responsibilities also include collecting insights from thought leaders to inform medical strategies, representing the company at conferences, and supporting clinical trial execution. Approximately 50-70% domestic travel is expected.
