Requirements

Responsibilities

The Regional Service Manager will manage operations across assigned Service Centers within the country, overseeing operational metrics and workplace organization. They will lead teams to improve spare parts productivity, provide services to neighboring countries, and execute strategies to reduce service turnaround time and free warranty services. Responsibilities also include analyzing spare parts consumption, predicting equipment breakdowns, ensuring compliance with preventive plans, preparing service contracts, identifying growth opportunities, utilizing JDE/ERP for reporting and business analytics, managing spare parts inventory, determining reorder levels, building strategies to achieve service revenue targets, and meeting customer expectations by proactively gathering feedback on service performance.
