Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent industry experience in Drilling Services. A minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management and/or service delivery within the region is required, along with customer-facing experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and computer skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, with Portuguese proficiency being preferred. Occasional home working is possible when not on customer site, and travel frequency is expected to be between 35% and 40%.
The Regional Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the regional service delivery organization, including Applications Engineering, Technical Support, Reliability, and Remote Operations Services. Responsibilities include achieving product line operational performance targets, planning and executing the remote operations strategy, engaging with local customers on service delivery and performance goals, and participating in business performance reviews. The manager will also be involved in high-impact incident response, conducting readiness assessment reviews, monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring adherence to the BHGE Service Delivery Process, managing personnel development including hiring, training, and succession planning, and participating in quality and operations improvement efforts. Field incident management, root cause determination, and corrective action implementation are also key duties.
