Requirements

Candidates should have 12-15 years or more of experience in a solution sales or consulting environment, or a financial services environment, with exposure to the BFSI domain and solid B2B experience. They must possess the ability to understand product functionality from a technology perspective, exceptionally good leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership, and excellent sales skills. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, business acumen, and comfort with technology are also required.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and presenting business cases for new and existing clients in India, expanding market penetration, and growing profits. They will apply product/technical knowledge to commercial use, prepare estimates and tenders, and drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction through account management. The role involves collecting data for benchmarking products against sources, data, and competitors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements of regulated businesses, and taking accountability for completing projects on time and to standard. Additionally, they will provide ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports to ensure high performance.
