We are seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Representative. A successful candidate will clearly articulate Cribl's value proposition, execute proven sales processes, and demonstrate accountability and ownership in meeting leading indicators. The ideal candidate will prioritize customers, possess expertise in creating customer-centric solutions, and build strong, enduring customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate the value proposition to all levels within an organization, from engineers to C-suite executives.
  • Provide predictable forecasting and hit sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to the remote-first nature of the company and work across multiple time zones.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage startup (under 1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand within a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 USD
  • Commission/Incentive Plan: Included in total compensation.
  • Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity.
