Regional Sales Manager - Mid Enterprise (Remote)

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s), and demonstrate a proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually. Experience selling through a channel-led motion and utilizing MEDDIC sales methodology is required. Prior experience working with a start-up organization with fewer than 1000 employees or possessing entrepreneurial skills is also necessary.
The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, help customers understand the value of Cribl, articulate the value proposition to various organizational levels, forecast sales accurately, and hit sales targets. They will also create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions, while maintaining strong customer relationships and adapting to a remote-first environment that may require occasional work outside standard hours.
