Position Overview

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role is dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against advanced attackers. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to position CrowdStrike's next-generation cyber security and threat intelligence capabilities, articulate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to senior customer executives, and present product capabilities and value to prospects. You will be instrumental in matching CrowdStrike's strengths to agency and department needs, helping partners and clients defeat adversaries. This Director-level opportunity within our Field Sales team requires a candidate with sales leadership experience and executive-level contacts across the assigned territory. Flexibility, adaptability, a results-driven approach, customer focus, technological savviness, and innovation in building relationships and partnerships are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Sales and Management: Lead a team of senior sales people, manage day-to-day personnel, develop pipeline, plan territories and accounts, forecast, achieve quotas, deliver sales presentations, and manage opportunities across short, mid, and long terms.
  • Channel Management: Leverage a deep network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to drive CrowdStrike's sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue with customers in the assigned region, both independently and cooperatively.
  • Deal Closure: Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Account Penetration: Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with peers across Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement at all levels.
  • Partner Ecosystem Engagement: Cooperate within the partner ecosystem to leverage established account presence and relationships.
  • CRM and Data Management: Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARITY and other data analytics tools.
  • Sales Methodology: Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology is strongly preferred, but not required.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: 5+ years of successful solution sales experience, including leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, as well as competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • Performance: Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
