The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training a high-producing team of Account Executives, providing day-to-day support to meet monthly production minimums, and assisting with recruitment. They will also provide accurate reporting, prospect and close new merchant accounts, market additional Xplor Pay products, and demonstrate expertise in the company's programs and selling system.
