Skills in developing Club Manager, Fresh Manager, and Meat Manager through training and fostering continuous improvement
Strong communication skills to establish channels, share insights, address concerns, and align on strategic objectives
Financial accountability for overseeing clubs in a multi-unit field leadership role
Experience in merchandising strategies, product flows, displays, sales initiatives, quality standards, ordering, production, and member service
Responsibilities
Oversee and drive high level of execution and operational excellence within a network of clubs, including merchandising priorities, displays, and sales initiatives
Collaborate with Sr. Director of Perishables to ensure seamless execution of merchandising programs, marketing campaigns, and product flows across all club locations
Work with regional and club teams to maintain consistent standards in quality, ordering, training, and production, driving sales and enhancing member experience
Identify areas of opportunity for improvement in club execution and implement merchandising strategies for chain-wide consistency
Achieve Perishable sales and profitability plans for the region by leveraging data to assess performance and optimize processes
Utilize analytical tools to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and address operational challenges or opportunities
Develop skills of Club Manager, Fresh Manager, and Meat Manager to drive execution, operational excellence, and member service
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing data analysis
Establish strong communication channels with Sr. Director of Perishables, CSC team, Club Operations, and DC Operations
Collaborate with merchandising teams to align product selection and offerings with merchandising segmentation strategy
Work with Sr. Director and Talent team to drive high execution of training programs and succession planning
