Responsibilities

Deliver innovation plan for defined BMCs (Colombia, Brazil, Mexico) based on consumer-centric approach
Maximize innovation into rest of LATAM based on markets Range & Innovation assessments with local teams (LEC, Colombia, Peru)
Ensure on-time presentations of innovation projects through required BU governance
Partner with multifunctional teams to ensure proper progression of all innovation projects for on-time and on-full delivery against plans; ensure alignment among all areas for flawless execution
Recommend, align, and drive business case assumptions by leveraging all business levers to ensure maximization and scale up of opportunities
Lead development and execution of breakthrough strategies to bring new products to life across multiple markets
Influence cross-functional teams and deliver growth for iconic brands
