The Regional Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day business operations for an E2 Optics regional area, ensuring profitability on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This includes generating new customers, identifying business opportunities, recruiting and developing employees, and improving regional performance through effective strategies and methods. The role also involves conducting monthly pipeline meetings, assessing market conditions, developing business plans and forecasts, managing budgets, coordinating with various corporate departments, and overseeing project profitability, while adhering to company Core Values and safety protocols.
