This Regional Manager will be responsible for personnel management within the assigned territory, organizing the work of the field force, maintaining relationships with the healthcare sector and pharmacy chains, regularly monitoring the market and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and planning and organizing promotional activities such as conferences and projects.
