Candidates should possess 10-12 years of HR and mobility experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Country Manager, demonstrating a strong understanding of UAE immigration structure, including Federal and Emirate-level jurisdictions, and familiarity with Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore entities. Knowledge of key regulatory authorities such as GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, and respective Free Zone authorities is required, along with awareness of Total Rewards programs.
The Regional Manager will oversee capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment, providing detailed reporting on regional performance, and assisting with compliance and risk management activities. They will monitor the achievement of regional goals and OKRs, conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Team Leaders, address escalated employee and client complaints, and support the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including job offer negotiation.
