Requirements

  • 5-7 years of work experience in process improvement/optimization, business operations, consulting/project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Demonstrated experience in executing complex multi-stakeholder projects
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, process improvement, change management/tech development and risk management
  • Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma/Agile methodologies, project management, stakeholder management, data analysis
  • Detail oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and nurturing talent
  • Proficiency in Generative AI, MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, VBA Macros, Google Apps Scripts
  • Exceptional (confident & effective) communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Cross Border teams’ initiatives and projects, working with department heads from the Cross Border Logistics, Commercial, Special Projects and Finance Teams to ensure they are monitored, tracked, accounted for and completed
  • Serve as a Project Management Office, offering the service to all Cross Border teams, including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control portions of each project. The projects taken on will be prioritised based on expected impact to profits
  • Conduct process reviews, business process mapping, analysis and process redesign, implementing Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to determine inefficiencies, losses and waste, and eliminate them whilst fostering alignment and improved communication
  • Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives, conduct innovation labs, lead knowledge sharing sessions and provide frameworks to ensure teams are independently and continuously executing continuous improvement
  • Support in the development of AI solutions with the Regional Senior Manager
  • Work with Tech Product and all Cross Border teams in product initiation, development, training and adoption, ensuring accurate and prioritised product builds, on-time development of tech products, sufficient product training for the end users as well as 100% adoption of products
  • Ensure requirements are clear and accurate, products are prioritised correctly, and builds are executed precisely
  • Produce clear timelines and measurements of success post product development
  • Responsible for the review of internal processes and controls, identifying risks, and proposing resolutions and action plans to senior management
  • Responsible for ensuring all reviewed processes are documented and filed accurately
  • Responsible for periodic audits to ensure reviewed processes are being abided by
