The Regional Head will be responsible for the profit and loss of the region, client management, business development, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities include planning safety and quality audits, creating a positive employee development climate, providing feedback to management, and ensuring proper project sign-off and handover to clients. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on project management technologies and complying with data protection regulations.
