Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Healthcare Finance, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in healthcare economics, reimbursement, or market access, with a strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare environment and payment reform. Experience with complex healthcare data analysis and interpretation is also required.

Responsibilities

The Regional Economic Manager will deliver and communicate impactful economic value evidence, messaging, and tools to MDT customers, demonstrating mastery of economic and clinical evidence for all CARDIAC IMPLANTABLE technology. They will serve as a regional resource for reimbursement education and support, maintain expert reimbursement knowledge, and build relationships with sales partners and customers. The role also involves conducting healthcare economic analysis, leading the execution of risk share agreements, and engaging with customers to develop customer-based analyses.
