Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with over 10 years of sales experience and at least 2 years in sales team leadership. Prior cybersecurity and SaaS-based solutions experience is required, along with proven sales management skills and a customer-first mentality. Candidates must be based in an Eastern US state, authorized to work in the United States, and have experience in early-stage companies with revenues under $100M. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Regional Director will lead, motivate, and manage a team of 4-8 Account Executives to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales plans for the Eastern region. Responsibilities include providing coaching and training, fostering a positive team environment, conducting performance reviews, and building strong client and partner relationships. The role involves addressing client concerns, resolving conflicts, collaborating with marketing and channel teams on sales campaigns and partnerships, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and utilizing CRM tools for performance tracking and pipeline management.
