Requirements

  • Medical industry sales or project management experience, familiar with large project execution processes (e.g., big deals, new hospital builds)
  • Familiarity with medical equipment (especially ultrasound) products and their clinical applications, ability to integrate cross-segment product solutions based on customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Large deal project execution and support: Based on regional large deal strategy, collaborate with the region to formulate and execute specific project plans, ensure implementation effectiveness; guided by national strategy, follow up on execution quality across project stages, drive continuous optimization; identify issues and risks in project execution, propose improvements to enhance win rate and efficiency
  • Project management and cross-departmental collaboration: Assist in coordinating regional large deal projects, coordinate resources from sales, marketing, product, factory, and other teams; based on accounts, manage full-cycle multi-department multi-product project portfolios for implementation and brand enhancement; participate in distributor communication and management to drive smooth project implementation and enhance account retention
  • Cross-segment clinical solution management and promotion: Track and interpret regional medical policies, equipment configuration standards, clinical guidelines, and industry standards; customer-centered, combine actual needs with cross-segment combined product solutions; for disease types, collaborate with segments to deepen solutions and product matching; focusing on ultrasound clinical integration and clinical ultrasound directions, target key accounts to establish models and projects, track execution and implementation
  • Market strategy and competitive tool analysis: Analyze regional market characteristics, collaborate closely with provinces on dynamics to formulate customized provincial competition and strategies; work closely with segments and other departments to analyze and organize comprehensive product and competitor competitive tools, promote and push training programs; integrate and promote successful project experiences to enhance overall team execution efficiency and capabilities
