Ability to supervise employees, including monitoring daily work activities, tracking/approving timesheets and time off, monitoring performance (goals, check-ins), documenting concerns, and handling promotions/transitions/separations in HRIS
Role as spiritual leader, including praying with staff, leading devotionals, and fostering a Christian environment

Responsibilities

Supervise RIYS program staff, including performance management, timesheet approval, and HRIS entries
Coordinate with DPS staff, students, and parents to identify needs and challenges for students limited by primary language
Cooperate with DPS staff to develop and implement tutoring curriculum as an extension of classroom instruction for measurable improvements
Implement in-school and after-school tutoring through direct staff involvement, training, and mobilizing multilingual community volunteers
Maintain caseload of identified students and facilitate case management via RIYS department services
Facilitate interpretation and advocacy for clients during parent/teacher conferences
Build parents’ ability to navigate the school system by coordinating translations, increasing communication with school leaders, and meeting with families on educational needs
Work with DPS and volunteers to provide transportation for target students to program activities
Lead facilitation of family engagement by integrating services (description cuts off here)
