Responsibilities

Track clients referred and served
Maintain organized files with the proper documents for all clients
Maintain organized virtual documentation of all clients referred and served
Visit with clients to introduce RSI and inform them of the various classes offered
Assess all students of the proper age (2-5) for physical, emotional, and cognitive development
Communicate with clients on upcoming classes or any changes to the class schedule
Prepare at-home learning resources given to families
Maintain RSI supplies required enrollments and assessments
Assist parents in the enrollment of their children into PreK and K
Assist in the procuring, organizing and providing of uniform/supplies required for K students, with documentation
Equip families with the tools and knowledge necessary for future school enrollments for their children
Help co-workers with their respective classes when needed
Organize monthly Parent Classes, around a variety of topics
