  • Degree in Education or Organizational Management or commensurate experience

Responsibilities

  • Track clients referred and served
  • Maintain organized files with the proper documents for all clients
  • Maintain organized virtual documentation of all clients referred and served
  • Visit with clients to introduce RSI and inform them of the various classes offered
  • Assess all students of the proper age (2-5) for physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Communicate with clients on upcoming classes or any changes to the class schedule
  • Prepare at-home learning resources given to families
  • Maintain RSI supplies required enrollments and assessments
  • Assist parents in the enrollment of their children into PreK and K
  • Assist in the procuring, organizing and providing of uniform/supplies required for K students, with documentation
  • Equip families with the tools and knowledge necessary for future school enrollments for their children
  • Help co-workers with their respective classes when needed
  • Organize monthly Parent Classes, around a variety of topics
