Requirements

  • At least internship experience in recruiting (any field will do, BPO is an advantage)
  • Proficient in using MS Tools
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work onsite in MAKATI and MANDALUYONG
  • Amenable to working shifting schedules

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing applicants and finding the best candidates
  • Screening resumes and candidates - through e-mail, phone call and web (100% English)
  • Facilitating quality interviews
  • Negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders
  • Attending job fairs and hiring events
  • Generating reports for the Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as needed
  • Tracking staffing information and properly maintaining employee database
  • Communicating effectively with candidates
  • Managing background and reference checks
