Position Overview
The Recruitment Analytics Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, continuously enhancing the existing sophisticated reporting and analytics strategy for Talent Acquisition. The primary goals are to drive a smarter and more efficient recruitment strategy, optimize the candidate experience, and hire the best talent for NIQ. This role involves process design with data and intelligence at its core, developing meaningful and business-relevant insights for executives, and providing partnership and leadership across the talent acquisition data lifecycle to a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global TA leadership to deliver recruiting metrics such as funnel pass-through, representation, time-to-hire, time-to-start, operational/productivity metrics, and candidate quality, while identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively for executive reporting, partnering closely with leadership on a day-to-day basis.
- Leverage historical data to forecast hiring needs, anticipate talent shortages, and proactively build talent pipelines, acting as an active collaborator in strategic workforce planning.
- Resolve complex issues across the recruiting data landscape and workflows, including cleansing and shaping data, and creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
- Monitor data quality and influence the structure and design of data flows and the data warehouse.
- Partner closely with ITS, Data Engineers, and the People Technology team to drive the overall Recruiting data strategy and ensure TA has automated, scalable solutions for tracking key metrics and KPIs.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build relationships to ensure alignment and delivery of TA Analytics initiatives impacting global cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Tech, etc.).
- Maintain and document the operational environment.
- Review external market research (e.g., Gartner) for relevant best practices and trends.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of People Data Analytics experience, with direct support for Talent Acquisition.
- At least 1-2 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, including analyzing, visualizing, and storytelling with data.
- Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management, executive influence, and partnership.
- Skilled in operating within complex, cross-functional, geo-distributed organizations.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SmartRecruiters, and Workday.
- A solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts (a plus).
- Experience with ETL of data from various sources using Python or similar technologies (a plus).
- Proficient in English.
