Minimum 4 years recruitment experience
Strong stakeholder management experience

Strong knowledge of internal processes, tools, and policies
Excellent knowledge of recruitment systems (Workday Dashboards, Hiredscore, SS, Workday Reporting)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, positioning recruitment as a trusted advisor and partner to the Irish business
Provide regular reports and insights to the business to inform decision-making
Guide and mentor team members, ensuring their development across the recruitment lifecycle in alignment with KPIs, SLAs, and key deliverables
Drive innovative sourcing strategies in partnership with the Sourcing Hub, proactively identifying new ways to source quality candidates
Organize and participate in recruiting events across the business to attract top talent
Train and mentor new joiners and team members to ensure consistent performance and growth
Promote a culture of referrals to leverage internal networks for talent acquisition
Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in a legally compliant and GDPR-aligned manner
Champion Inclusion and Diversity, ensuring these principles remain central to Accenture’s recruitment philosophy
Participate in projects and initiatives within or outside the team, providing support to recruitment management as required
