Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years recruitment experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, positioning recruitment as a trusted advisor and partner to the Irish business
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the business to inform decision-making
  • Guide and mentor team members, ensuring their development across the recruitment lifecycle in alignment with KPIs, SLAs, and key deliverables
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies in partnership with the Sourcing Hub, proactively identifying new ways to source quality candidates
  • Organize and participate in recruiting events across the business to attract top talent
  • Train and mentor new joiners and team members to ensure consistent performance and growth
  • Promote a culture of referrals to leverage internal networks for talent acquisition
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in a legally compliant and GDPR-aligned manner
  • Champion Inclusion and Diversity, ensuring these principles remain central to Accenture’s recruitment philosophy
  • Participate in projects and initiatives within or outside the team, providing support to recruitment management as required
