  • Run the top of the funnel for GTM hiring — sourcing, messaging, and qualifying world-class talent
  • Build a predictable, data-driven recruiting machine (1,000+ personalized InMails/month)
  • Partner with hiring managers and execs to understand what elite looks like in each role
  • Identify patterns — from athlete traits to startup grit — to refine who we hire
  • Track conversion metrics, analyze funnels, and optimize pass-through rates daily
  • Protect the bar. Never settle for average
