  • Able to effectively navigate the unknown that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strategic partner to other recruiting leaders, clinical operations, clinical quality and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Leverages data in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Clinical Strategy and Operations, to influence recruiting strategy and interview process
  • Manage Provider Recruitment Operations to improve program scalability and efficiency in alignment with program and company goals
  • Analyze talent market trends and develop recruiting strategies to positively impact the direction of your immediate team, as well as the broader recruiting department
  • Establish yourself as a strong people manager who mentors, develops, and holds team members accountable for achieving goals
