The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for operations requisitions, building relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates efficiently. Responsibilities include executing sourcing strategies, supporting candidate outreach, maintaining accurate records in the ATS (Workday), and ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. This role involves active participation in intake meetings, managing candidate pipelines, collaborating with HR partners, representing Acrisure's brand, owning requisition performance, anticipating hiring obstacles, and contributing to process improvements.
