Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau

Digitaal vaardig
Energiek en proactief ingesteld
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
Kennis of affiniteit met techniek is mooi meegenomen maar geen pré

Responsibilities

Zoeken naar potentiële kandidaten via social media zoals LinkedIn en jobboards
Voeren van (wervings-)gesprekken met kandidaten op kantoor of een gekozen locatie in de buurt
Doen van (zelfstandig) aanbiedingen bij opdrachtgevers met geschikte kandidaten
Meegaan naar matchgesprekken en deze begeleiden tot een succesvolle plaatsing
Bijhouden van alle administratie rondom kandidaten en voeren van voortgangsgesprekken
Werven van nieuwe opdrachtgevers middels acquisitie
