Responsibilities

Partner with regional leaders to understand business needs and develop talent strategies aligned with Tilt’s international growth goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across engineering, product, data science, and credit in APAC markets
Drive senior-level and leadership recruitment initiatives critical to building our international business
Use data, networks, and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in highly competitive markets
Develop and implement efficient, scalable recruiting processes and lead projects that elevate Tilt’s employer brand in the region
Ensure every candidate interaction reflects Tilt’s values and reinforces our reputation as an employer of choice
Work cross-functionally with the People team and leaders across multiple geographies to support organizational growth
Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and decision-making
