Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and concisely and understand complex information, along with proven organizational, rational reasoning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. They must have knowledge of applicable rules and statutes, the process and principles of insurance, and basic subrogation and NSA concepts.
The Recovery Analyst will be responsible for managing all file requirements from beginning to end for subrogation cases, No Surprises Act (NSA) disputes, and overpayment recoveries with the assigned third-party vendor, including researching paid claims, answering inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and adjusting claims based on overpayments of claims and settlements. This role involves preparing documentation, investigating claim situations, following up with departments, monitoring inventory, identifying improvement areas, notifying vendors and clients, representing Centivo in meetings, and performing data entry, as well as handling any additional tasks assigned.
