Strong ability to prioritize work and meet critical deadlines is essential, along with excellent communication and organization skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is required, as well as the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks while demonstrating customer service and enthusiasm.
The Records Analyst will organize and maintain the Firm’s overall records systems and preserve records with historical or compliance value. They will handle the destruction of certain documents as requested, perform records receipt, indexing, filing/storage, retrieval, and disposal. Additionally, the analyst will assist with ensuring proper storage and security for historical archival records, scan documents, index information, proof and review recorded documents, and perform various general office support duties such as filing, answering telephone inquiries, typing correspondence, and distributing mail.
