Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a current Workday certification in Records and Advising is preferred. Recent experience deploying Workday Student Records is strongly desired, along with subject matter expertise in Student Records, ideally gained from experience in a registrar’s office at a college or university.

Responsibilities

The Workday Student Senior Principal Consultant will execute day-to-day activities as a Workday Student Records consultant, serving as a functional expert and conducting sessions with customers to analyze requirements and provide solutions. They will develop solutions aligning with customer needs, create artifacts and deliverables, share product knowledge, support Workday Delivery Assurance reviews, identify strategies and risks, and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices. Additionally, the consultant will support business development activities and travel on-site if needed.
