Requirements

  • Active university student (2nd or 4th year)
  • Some customer service experience preferred
  • Native Slovak (C2) and advanced English (B2+) language skills
  • User knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to come to the office in Bratislava

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and mail
  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resource
  • Ensure security procedure and policy by entering office premises
  • Assign and modify access rights/create access cards in an electronic access control system in accordance with our Security Policy
  • Provide general information regarding restaurants, directions, taxi service, etc
  • Process workspace and conference space requests
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Order regular office supplies when needed
  • Handle and manage company Library according to local guidelines
