Requirements

Candidates should possess a college certificate or equivalent experience, with 12 years of studies, and previous experience in a BPO with technology support or clinical experience being a plus. Knowledge of the Pharma industry is preferred, and fluency in English is mandatory, along with fluency in one additional language. Proficiency in the Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

The Recall Analyst will serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals participating in recall projects, handling inbound and outbound calls related to recall inquiries and providing accurate and timely information. They will maintain all recall project documentation files and records, ensuring accurate updates in internal databases and project plans. The analyst will monitor recall progress and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, facilitating completion of protocol-specific tasks remotely using various communication methods.
